Las Loicas

At Las Loicas, guests stay in warm and comfortable cabins surrounded by nature, just a short walk from the Atlantic coast and the Desdémona shipwreck.

Captain’s Cabin

The Captain’s Cabin is inspired by the atmosphere of a traditional ship’s cabin.

Everything is designed within one open space, much like aboard a ship, where every corner has its purpose. The cabin has one double bed and two single beds, making it suitable for couples, families or small groups of up to four guests.

The cabin includes a private kitchen, a spacious bathroom and its own entrance. Books, photographs and maritime details give the cabin its character.

El Nido

El Nido can host up to five guests and has two separate bedrooms.

The cabin includes a private bathroom, a mini-kitchen and windows looking out over the surrounding landscape, where horses and sheep often pass by during the day.

Like everything at Las Loicas, El Nido is designed to feel warm and comfortable, while staying closely connected to the nature around it.

Guestroom

For guests who prefer a more personal estancia experience, we also offer a guestroom inside our main house.

Staying here means sharing more of the daily rhythm of Las Loicas, breakfasts, conversations and evenings around the fire.

The room has two beds and is simple and comfortable, ideal for travelers who enjoy a more informal atmosphere.

The cabins are cozy and designed to make people feel at home in this remote landscape. On days with strong winds and waves, you can sometimes hear the Atlantic Ocean in the distance from inside the cabin.

Our Captain’s Cabin is ideal for couples, but also works perfectly for families of up to four people. The cabin has its own bathroom, kitchenette and views over the surrounding landscape.

Our second cabin, El Nido, is located further back on the property and can host up to five guests. Like the Captain’s Cabin, it has a private bathroom and kitchenette and offers a quiet place to slow down and enjoy the surroundings.

Meals are usually shared together in the main house or in the quincho. The quincho can host up to 20 people and has its own fireplace and sitting area, making it a warm place to gather, share stories, enjoy a glass of wine or simply relax after a day outside.

Our stays are based on a fully hosted experience. We welcome only a limited number of guests at a time, allowing us to create a more personal atmosphere and adapt each stay to the interests of the group, the weather and the rhythm of life at the estancia.

Meals are shared together and activities are flexible rather than fixed. One day may include an asado by the fire, a visit to the lighthouse or exploring the coast, while another day may simply be spent slowing down, walking through the forest, helping in the garden or spending time with the horses.

Because of the remote location, staying at Las Loicas is less about luxury in the traditional sense and more about connection, to nature AND to the experience of life at the end of the world.
